Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing Infinite Realms ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Virtual Currency (Essence & Credits)

Essence and Credits differ. Essence is a measure of compute allowance. Credits are a game mechanic. Neither has real-world monetary value. Purchases of Essence Packs are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

3. Subscriptions and Fair Use

Paid subscriptions include a daily Essence allowance and access to tier-appropriate AI models and features. Included premium AI usage is subject to monthly fair-use limits designed to keep the Service sustainable and available. If a monthly fair-use limit is reached, we may require use of a lighter model, a later reset period, or an eligible paid add-on before additional premium AI usage is available. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and cancellation stops future renewals without refunding prior billing periods unless required by law.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the stories you create. However, you grant us a license to process this content to provide the Service (e.g., sending it to AI models). You are responsible for ensuring your content follows our Safety Guidelines.

5. AI Output

The Service uses artificial intelligence. Output may be unpredictable, inaccurate, or offensive. You use the Service at your own risk.

6. Age Restriction

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Realistic Storytelling settings are intended for adults (18+) and must follow all Content Guidelines.
